The informative file, initiated to determine potential responsibilities, remains open as the process was halted due to the councillor's medical leave. Although Más por Telde has not received direct official notification of his resignation, the party is aware of the submitted letter.

The party has stated that the councillor's future as a non-attached member of the City Council depends on the mayor's decision. Nevertheless, they have announced their intention to reclaim the competencies previously managed by the councillor, specifically the areas of Education and Solidarity. These responsibilities were set out in the government pact signed for the 2023-2027 term between Ciuca, PP, CC, and Más por Telde.
