The project, which also includes the construction of garages, will involve a total investment of 7,103,452.50 euros. The development will take place on plot 641, located on Manuel Alemán Álamo street.
This initiative is part of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan and will receive funding from the European Union through Next Generation funds via the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).
The base tender budget has been updated to align with current market conditions, thereby facilitating the execution of the works. This project is part of a broader plan aiming to build 437 homes in various locations across the Canary Islands.
The project's development encompasses essential sub-projects such as low-voltage electrical and thermal installations, plumbing, and safety and health studies, in addition to the technical direction and safety coordination during construction.
Promoted by the Ministry of Public Works, Housing, and Mobility of the Government of the Canary Islands, led by Pablo Rodríguez, and through ICAVI, under the direction of Pino de León, this action reinforces the regional government's strategy to expand the public housing stock.
The construction of these 36 homes in Jinámar aims to address the housing emergency and increase the supply of protected housing in one of Telde's main residential areas.
