The procedure for the occupation and operation of the four new gastronomic spaces at the Telde Municipal Market has entered its evaluation stage. Following the closure of the offer submission period this Monday, a total of five proposals have been received, all admitted to compete for the four available units.
The Market area of the Telde City Council will examine and evaluate these proposals based on the criteria established in the call's guidelines. This phase is expected to conclude within the current week, after which the necessary authorizations will be processed.
The call for applications, which remained open for 30 business days, was disseminated through the City Council's official channels, including the announcement board, the Contractor's Profile, and the Official Gazette of the Province. During this period, interested parties could consult the conditions and required documentation.
The premises, located on the upper floor of the Telde Municipal Market, are intended for activities related to gastronomy and tasting. Once the evaluation is complete, the proposals with the highest scores will be determined to proceed with the administrative processing and prepare for their future operational launch.
