The incident, which was reported shortly before 10:00 AM, immediately activated the necessary emergency resources to control the situation and ensure the safety of residents.
According to information provided by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands, the affected building had to be evacuated as a precautionary measure due to smoke spread and potential risk.
At the scene, personnel from the Tenerife Fire Department, the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC), and officers from the National Police and Local Police were deployed, working in coordination to manage the emergency.
