The Auditorio de Tenerife will host a concert by the Insular Band of the Tenerife Federation of Music Bands this Friday, July 31, marking the conclusion of its annual training program.

The musical event, scheduled for 7:30 PM, will be open to the public with free admission until capacity is reached. This performance serves as the finale for the 17th edition of the Band, Orchestra, and Choir Conducting Course, an initiative organized by the Tenerife Federation of Music Bands in partnership with the Cabildo de Tenerife.
The repertoire will open with Lorencín Mendoza, a 1939 piece by Pascual Marquina Narro, commemorating the centenary of the musician's birth. The first half will continue with works by José Suñer-Oriola, including Euphonium Concerto and Images, featuring the course instructors as conductors and soloists.
The second half of the program will focus on further works by José Suñer-Oriola, performing Overture 40 and concluding with El jardín de Hera. This activity is part of an institutional cooperation framework that also includes the Primavera Musical cycle and youth band gatherings.
