The alterations will be concentrated on the roads near the Island Council, an area designated for celebrations should the team secure promotion. Therefore, citizens are advised to opt for public transport, and Titsa is expected to reinforce lines 906, 908, 935, and 936 on their last service if necessary.
Among the most significant changes is the closure of Avenida Marítima, specifically the section from Bouza alley to Imeldo Seris street, although access to the Plaza de España car park will be maintained.
As a result of this closure, traffic coming from Avenida Francisco La Roche will be diverted towards the Vía Litoral tunnel. Likewise, access to the avenue section in front of numbers 1, 4, and 6 will be redirected towards La Marina street, ensuring entry to the Plaza de España car park.
Vehicles circulating on Villalba Hervás street will also be diverted towards La Marina, interrupting access to Avenida Marítima and keeping the entrance to the Plaza de España car park clear. This car park will maintain its entrances and exits from Alameda, as well as the exit from Plaza de España to Avenida Marítima, with the entrance via the square being closed.
Other scheduled closures include La Marina street, between General Gutiérrez and Villalba Hervás streets. In Plaza del Cabildo, access between Bravo Murillo and Marítima avenues will be cut off. Bravo Murillo avenue will remain closed in the section between Imeldo Seris street and Plaza del Cabildo, diverting traffic towards Imeldo Seris and Avenida Marítima. Finally, on General Gutiérrez street, traffic will be cut between Plaza del Cabildo and Imeldo Seris, redirecting traffic from Dr. Allart street towards Cruz Verde, San Francisco, and Villalba Hervás streets.
