Woman Arrested in Santa Cruz de Tenerife for Drug Trafficking and Illegal Arms Possession

The National Police apprehended the woman, who used her vehicle for drug sales, seizing cocaine, crack, and a firearm.

A woman has been arrested in Santa Cruz de Tenerife by the National Police, accused of drug trafficking and illegal arms possession, after being caught selling narcotics from her car.

The arrest was part of an anti-drug operation initiated after receiving information about a woman allegedly involved in selling narcotics using her personal vehicle in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
National Police agents located the suspect in her car and followed her after observing her concealing a metallic object and what appeared to be drugs in the passenger seat area. Subsequently, she was intercepted and identified, with officers finding a revolver with 46 short .38 caliber cartridges and approximately one gram of cocaine in her possession.
Following these discoveries, and with the appropriate judicial authorization, a search was conducted at the investigated woman's home. During this action, approximately five grams of crack and 465 euros in cash were seized, in addition to the 30 euros previously found in the vehicle, totaling 495 euros.
The woman was handed over to the competent judicial authority after her arrest to face charges of drug trafficking and illegal arms possession.
