The exhibitions were supported by the Club de Arrastre la Caldera and the Club de Arrastre Gran Canaria. Folk music enlivened the event with performances by the Parranda El Lebrillo and the 'El Álamo' Dance Group.
The award ceremony recognized the most outstanding breeders, who also competed for prizes and transport subsidies for their animals. This year, the allocation for these subsidies amounted to 21,460 euros, an increase of nearly 5,000 euros compared to the previous year.
