A group of 25 3rd year ESO students from IES Tías, in Lanzarote, have participated in the 'Educating in Justice' program, visiting the Palace of Justice in Arrecife.

The students, accompanied by their teachers Sergio Rodero and Jessica Sarah, were welcomed by the presiding magistrate of the Arrecife Court of Instance, Adalberto de la Cruz. During the visit, de la Cruz gave an informative talk on the Administration of Justice.
Subsequently, the students had the opportunity to attend trials for minor offenses in Courtroom number three of Instruction, under the supervision of magistrate Silvia Muñoz Sánchez.
This activity is part of the 'Educating in Justice' program, a joint initiative by the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC) and the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training, Physical Activity and Sports of the autonomous government.
