Saturday's event allowed progress in the competition calendar after initial difficulties. The first race of the afternoon saw a highly contested fleet, with close encounters and complex maneuvers at the buoys. Di Napoli took the lead in the decisive phase, securing victory. Second place went to Isidoro y Manuela JM – Café Café, skippered by Daniel de Agustín, and Julio Stephen – Dany Sport, with Adolfo Berrocal at the helm, completed the podium.
After a short interval, the second race took place, recovering a race pending from the inaugural day. This race also featured course changes and fleet groupings, especially approaching the buoys. Di Napoli again crossed the finish line in first place, adding its second victory of the day. It was followed by the boat captained by Adolfo Berrocal, who took second place, while El Gran Vito, absent previously, finished third.
The holding of both races restores normality to the competition, which had suffered suspensions due to strong waves and lack of wind. For the first time, the program could be fully developed, consolidating the league after three races have been counted.
In the provisional standings, Di Napoli – Isidoro y Manuela III leads with 3 points, having won all races held so far. It is followed by Julio Stephen – Dany Sport with 9 points, and Isidoro y Manuela JM – Café Café and Impermeabilizaciones Jorge share third and fourth place with 10 points. The league will continue on September 26th in the same bay.
