A 37-year-old cyclist sustained moderate contusions this Sunday after colliding with a bus on the GC-15 road, near Portada Verde, in the municipality of Santa Brígida, Gran Canaria.

The incident, which took place on Sunday afternoon, prompted the mobilization of emergency services. The injured individual received immediate attention from medical personnel of the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) at the scene.
Subsequently, the cyclist was transported by a basic life support ambulance to Hospital Perpetuo Socorro, located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, for specialized medical care.
The Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of the Government of the Canary Islands received the alert at 2:07 PM, promptly deploying the necessary resources for assistance and traffic management.
