The businesswoman, whose jewelry and clothing design brand has gained popularity, has revealed her preferred culinary corners in Gran Canaria. Her selection ranges from breakfast options to dinner spots and places for drinks, always with a strong connection to local products and Canarian tradition.
To start the day, the entrepreneur opts for Iberian ham, finding her favorite toast at Organic Jungle. Other breakfast choices include smoothies and açaí from La Picnitería. For snacks, her preferred coffee shops are Caracolillo Coffee and Cool Beans, though she highlights La Phantère Noire in Triana for its nachos with guacamole.
For lunch, Canarian cuisine is her main choice, heading to Bar Roque Nublo, an establishment she has visited with her family for years, where she enjoys simple dishes like tomatoes with avocado or smoked cheese. Recently, she discovered La Marisma, where Saharan squid and gofio mousse have become her must-haves. For Italian cuisine, her favorite pizzeria is 450 Gradi, where she orders the “burrata delight.”
Evenings are for croquettes; she considers herself an “official taster” and places those from El Rincón de Triana at the top of her list. If heading south of the island, a mandatory stop is Las Brasas Steak y Tapas in Playa del Inglés, where she values the quality of the meats. For a drink, she prefers Vital, especially its terrace at the Las Arenas shopping center, for its views of Las Canteras.
The entrepreneur also emphasizes her love for Canarian products, mentioning mashed banana with orange, Teror chorizo in a sandwich with strawberry clipper, and the tuna and corn sandwich, a combination she considers unique to the islands. Her favorite dessert is the Uruguayan polvito.
