Gran Canaria Swim Week 2026 Kicks Off at Perchel Beach Club

The swimwear fashion event moves to a new outdoor venue in the south of the island, aligning with the international calendar.

The Gran Canaria Swim Week 2026 commences this Wednesday at Perchel Beach Club, debuting a new location and adapting to the international swimwear calendar.

This year's edition of the Gran Canaria Swim Week 2026 starts today, adjusting to a new international schedule and taking place in June for the first time. The event also inaugurates a new outdoor venue, moving from Pasito Blanco to Perchel Beach Club, located in the south of the island.
Starting at 6:00 PM, the runway will showcase collections from Maldito Sweet, originating from Gran Canaria; Gogana, from Sevilla; Alexandra Miró, from the United Kingdom; and the renowned designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, based in Madrid.
As a prelude to the main shows, the morning session will feature a Ffitpilates class led by influencer Coco Constans, aimed at the models and content creators participating in the event.
In total, 28 Canarian brands will join the 41 labels presenting their collections this year, reinforcing the growing international profile of the fashion week. The swimwear fashion week will continue with activities at ExpoMeloneras from Thursday to Saturday.
The model lineup for the Gran Canaria Swim Week 2026 comprises 48 professionals, with 21 hailing from the Canary Islands. Notable figures include Argentine model and entrepreneur Valentina Ferrer, Spaniard Rocío Crusset, and curvy fashion reference Lorena Durán.
