The municipality of La Guancha, driven by its Culture department, continues its initiative to bring cultural offerings to the streets, using the historic Calle Pedro González Yanes as a stage. This time, tenor Besay Pérez, recognized for his work with Los Sabandeños and the rondalla Unión Artística El Cabo, will present his intimate show «A Solas».
This concert offers a journey through the works of great composers and authors, exploring personal feelings accompanied by piano. Besay Pérez, a tenor born in La Laguna in 1992, began his solo career at the age of eight, accumulating seven awards for best soloist and participating in numerous national and international concerts.
The performance is part of the Network of Municipal Scenic Spaces of the Cabildo de Tenerife, with support from the Insular Department of Culture, Museums, and Sports. This initiative aims to partially finance performing and musical arts activities in public spaces across the island.
Alejandro Hernández, head of the Culture department at the La Guancha City Council, highlighted the importance of the Cabildo de Tenerife's support in continuing to provide cultural opportunities for residents and bringing diverse artistic disciplines to the community.
