The island's delegation, led by the insular councilor for the Primary Sector, Noelia Morales, aims to solidify the presence of La Gomera's products in markets across the country. This event serves as a strategic platform to elevate the perception of La Gomera's artisanal quality to a high professional standard.
“"It is a strategic opportunity to strengthen Gomera's products on shelves and tables throughout the country, raising the perception of our artisanal quality to a high professional standard."
At this edition, the Alimentos de La Gomera quality seal has its own dedicated space in Pavilion 3 of IFEMA, designed to offer a more intimate and professional experience to visitors. Additionally, the island's products are also featured in the GMR Canarias area, ensuring comprehensive visibility for La Gomera's offerings throughout the fair.
The event not only focuses on product exhibition but also promotes internationalization and direct contact with distributors, facilitating commercial agreements. The diversity of La Gomera's offerings is remarkable, ranging from wines with Designation of Origin to coffee, mojo sauces, cheeses, almogrotes, gofios, jams, mistela, gomerón, smoked preserves, honeys, and traditional pastries.
