The 52nd Rally Senderos de La Palma Unveils Route and Opens Registrations

The competition, organized by El Muro Racing, will take place on May 15 and 16 and will be key in the island's calendar.

The 52nd edition of the Rally Senderos de La Palma – CICAR Trophy, organized by El Muro Racing, has opened its registration period and presented a challenging route for May 15 and 16.

The motorsport event, celebrating its 52nd edition this year, is set to be a crucial fixture for both the provincial championship and as the inaugural event of the island's specialty calendar. The organizing body, El Muro Racing, has designed a course promising excitement and spectacle for both participants and fans.
The rally will feature a total of ten special stages spread across two days. The first leg, on Friday, May 15, will commence at 6:00 PM from the Port of Tazacorte. It will include stages such as 'Las Manchas – Fred. Olsen Express' (8.87 km), 'Villa de Mazo' (15.99 km), the longest special, and the super special 'Breña Alta Puro Sentimiento' (2.4 km), totaling 27.26 km against the clock.
Saturday, May 16, will feature two sections with stages including 'Las Manchas – Volcán Tajogaite' (5.24 km), 'Hola El Paso' (6.3 km), and 'Tazacorte – Valle de Aridane' (10.44 km). The rally will conclude with the TC Plus, a single pass through the 'La Costa – Recalvi' special (7.54 km), completing 51.5 km of timed sections on this final stage.
The registration period for the 52nd Rally Senderos de La Palma will remain open until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 6. The official list of registered participants will be published on Tuesday, May 12, at 8:00 PM. All detailed information about the event is available on the official website, www.elmuroracing.com.
This event is supported by various institutions and sponsors, including the Cabildo de La Palma through its Sports department, the Government of Canarias, and the municipalities of El Paso, Los Llanos de Aridane, Tazacorte, Villa de Mazo, and Breña Alta.
