José Álvarez, one of the prominent names in Andalusian contemporary cuisine and chef at La Costa restaurant (awarded one Michelin star and two Repsol Suns), has declared himself "in love" with the island of Lanzarote. The chef will visit the island to participate in a new edition of the "Estrellas y Terroir" event.
The event will take place on May 30th at the Palacio Ico. There, Álvarez will share the kitchen with Víctor Valverde, offering a gastronomic experience that merges haute cuisine with local produce.
