The event, part of the Gáldar en Danza Festival, brought together audiences of all ages in a festive atmosphere, highlighting the art of movement. The celebration kicked off on Friday with the reading of a manifesto by the Adanza School, followed by an afternoon of performances showcasing local talent and a variety of styles, from ballet to urban dance.
“"The municipality reaffirms itself as a cultural meeting point, with high citizen participation and a family-friendly atmosphere."
The program continued on Saturday with 'Galdance: Back to Hip Hop', an event dedicated to urban dances that also drew a large crowd, confirming the growing interest in these proposals within the festival. The high participation in both days solidifies this fifth edition as one of the most attended.
According to municipal information, these results reinforce Gáldar's position as an island and even international reference in the field of dance. The festival, running until April 29, will continue to offer shows, workshops, and activities for all audiences in various municipal spaces, such as the Agáldar Museum and the Cueva Pintada.
