Comedian Kike Pérez will present his new monologue, 'HUMOr', at the Palacio de Formación y Congresos in Puerto del Rosario next Friday, April 17, offering a critical view of current society.

The show is part of the tour that the artist from Lanzarote has started across the Canary Islands, celebrating two decades of artistic career. In 'HUMOr', Pérez addresses topics such as the influence of social media, immediacy, and the mediocrity that, according to him, is exploited by cunning individuals.

"We live in times of smoke where those who skillfully manipulate fire with hoaxes and maliciously spread misinformation win and profit."

The monologue, conceived in a “grumpy old man” tone, seeks to reclaim reality and current events through what Pérez calls his “collective therapy humor.” The artist, born in Arrecife in 1985, maintains his characteristic style in this new installment.
The production of the 'HUMOr' tour is supported by the Canarian Institute of Cultural Development of the Government of the Canary Islands and is produced by Multitrack.
