The program for Paladea 2026 will begin on Thursday, May 7, with the official inauguration at 6:00 PM. During this day, a tribute will be paid to a renowned local chef, considered a pioneer of modern gastronomy in Villaverde. The day will conclude with a culinary demonstration, the opening of the Beer Festival, a beer tasting, and a musical performance.

On Friday, May 8, the festival will continue with wine tastings offered by local wineries and a beer tasting. Another showcooking by a guest chef will also take place, and the atmosphere will be enlivened with live music and DJ sets.

The activities on Saturday, May 9, will include a bike race at 9:00 AM, a competition for the best traditional mojo, a Spritz session, a Gin-tonic masterclass, and several culinary demonstrations with local chefs. The day will be accompanied by various musical performances.

Finally, on Sunday, May 10, Paladea will close with the trail and hiking competition at 10:00 AM. There will also be a dessert competition using the famous majorero cheese, a cava tasting, and another wine tasting. The day will include an additional showcooking and live music for attendees.

In addition to the main activities, the festival will offer gastronomic workshops in the Paladea Kids area during the mornings of May 6 and 7, and will welcome senior citizens on Friday, May 8.
