The meeting, titled Conectando territorios, will take place in the Town Hall plenary hall starting at 10:00 AM. The initiative seeks to analyze current production challenges, ranging from olive grove cultivation tasks to milling processes.
The program includes a round table where key topics such as technological innovation applied to the sector, the development of oleotourism, and new marketing strategies will be discussed. Participants will include representatives from organizations such as Olivafuer and the Business Association of Industrial Oil Mills of Córdoba.
Following the technical analysis, the day will conclude with an extra virgin olive oil tasting and a cocktail featuring products from Olivafuer associates and the Baena Designation of Origin. The event is supported by the Government of the Canary Islands and the Cabildo of Fuerteventura.
