The events will begin on Wednesday, August 19, at 7:00 PM, with the traditional decoration of the streets and the square.
On Friday, August 21, at 6:00 PM, the Santa María Reina de Fátima Canarian Ball Tournament will be held. From 10:30 PM, music will take center stage with a grand dance featuring the Orquesta Amanecer de La Gomera and Orquesta Gomera.
On Saturday, August 22, the sports day will kick off at 12:00 PM with the I Santa María Reina de Fátima Tournament, pitting CD Los Santos Reyes against CD Mensajero de La Palma. In the afternoon, at 8:00 PM, a mass will be held in honor of Santa María Reina de Fátima, followed by a traditional procession accompanied by chácaras and drums. The night will conclude, from 10:30 PM, with a dance by Orquesta Dorada Band and Grupo Sabor.
Sunday, August 23, will be dedicated to the whole family. Starting at 10:30 AM, there will be a children's party with games and inflatables. At 11:00 AM, the preparation of the traditional festive lunch will begin, consisting of boiled tuna in mojo with stewed potatoes. Dishes will be on sale from 2:00 PM for three euros, in collaboration with the Festival Commission.
To close the celebrations, starting at 6:00 PM, the Festival Fin de Fiestas will take place, featuring performances by DJ Dailos Di Marco, Hijos del Silbo, and Grupo Stereogroove.
The Valle Gran Rey City Council and the Festival Commission invite residents and visitors to participate in these days of gathering and coexistence, enjoying a program that combines tradition, devotion, sport, gastronomy, and music. The festivities are organized by the Commission of Fiestas of San Pedro, San Pablo, and Fátima and the Valle Gran Rey City Council, with the collaboration of the Cabildo Insular de La Gomera and SPAR La Gomera.
