The municipality of Agüimes is preparing to host 'El Gran Verbenazo' this Friday, a grand musical celebration commemorating the 500th episode of RTVC's 'Noveleros'.

The tent at the Agüimes Auditorium will be the stage this Friday at 8:00 PM for 'El Gran Verbenazo', a special event to celebrate the milestone of the 500th episode of 'Noveleros', broadcast by Radio Televisión Canaria (RTVC). The night will feature performances by two of the most prominent Latin music orchestras in the Canary Islands: Nueva Línea and El Combo Dominicano.
Agüimes once again serves as host to honor this television program, known for its approachability and humor, having previously hosted part of its 200th episode celebration. A large public turnout is expected for this festivity.
El Combo Dominicano is a group with a long history and a significant following across the archipelago, while Nueva Línea has gained popularity for its energetic live performances, establishing itself as a staple at popular festivals and celebrations in the Canary Islands.
Given the anticipation of thousands of attendees, the transport company Global will increase the frequency of its line 22 between Arinaga and Agüimes, extending its service until 3:00 AM, the estimated end time of the event.
