The History Museum is preparing to host a new evening of the ‘Sabor de Autor’ series this Thursday, September 17th, at 8:00 PM. This time, the featured artist will be Gran Canaria's own Alba Rox, who will present her intimate and personal musical proposal, focusing on voice and performance.
Alba Rox is known for her personal project, characterized by intimacy and sonic exploration. Her songs feature carefully crafted melodies and introspective lyrics that address internal conflict and social criticism with honesty and emotion. On stage, the artist offers a close and delicate concert, creating an immersive atmosphere where songs can be heard and felt with particular proximity.
Alba Rox's career includes performances at venues and series such as LPA Beer&Music Fest and Noche de Taifas, as well as reaching the final castings for Operación Triunfo 2025. Her artistic background also includes musical theater, having been part of productions like Christmas Dreams and Hadas, el Musical.
Tickets for the concert, priced at 5 euros, are available through the platform tureservaonline.es. The ‘Sabor de Autor’ series aims to provide a musical and gastronomic experience in a reduced format. Each evening includes a glass of Señorío de Agüimes white wine and a zero-kilometer cheese tapa.
The ‘Sabor de Autor’ programming will continue until November 13th, concluding with a performance by Jesús Garriga from Tenerife, recognized as a historic voice in Canarian singer-songwriter music.
