The agreement, framed within the Modernization, Improvement and Competitiveness Plan of Costa de Mogán, includes the construction of 19 luxury apartments located on Avenida de la Cornisa. The project, which will be developed over several floors, will have a total capacity of 38 guest beds.
The facilities will include complementary services typical of this tourist segment, such as a swimming pool, solarium, common areas, and parking spaces. The proposal was initially approved at the municipal plenary session last July.
Following its recent publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas, the file now enters a two-month public exhibition period. During this time, interested parties may submit any relevant claims regarding the project.
As part of the obligations derived from the agreement, the promoting entity must pay 9,790 euros. This amount corresponds to the monetization of 7% of the urban development benefit generated by the increase in the project's buildable surface area.
