The second day of the Rally Islas Canarias 2026 has concluded, characterized by adverse weather conditions that tested the teams, who celebrated completing the demanding stages.

Co-driver Rogelio Peñate has expressed his satisfaction at having completed the second day of the Rally Islas Canarias 2026. Despite the notable differences between the stages, which began in Maspalomas early in the morning and finished in Moya, the team managed to overcome the challenging sections, especially those affected by rain.
The representative from Santa Lucía, who partners with Paraguayan driver Diego Domínguez in a Toyota GR Yaris Rallys 2, highlighted the complexity of the day. Adverse weather conditions and the diversity of the routes were the main challenges faced by participants in this edition of the rally.
At the end of his analysis, Peñate extended greetings to readers, thanking them for their follow-up and support during the competition.
