The Arona City Council has incorporated seven new General Administration Technicians (TAG) as career civil servants, thereby strengthening the municipal administrative structure and improving services.

Seven new General Administration Technicians (TAG) have taken up their positions as civil servants at the Arona City Council. This incorporation aims to reinforce the municipal administrative structure and enhance citizen services.
These new hires are part of the accumulated Public Employment Offer (OEP), an initiative designed to reduce temporary employment, consolidate staff, and meet the needs of the council's various departments.
Through this selection process, the Council has previously welcomed thirty-one Local Police officers, four technical architects, five school wardens, a gardening supervisor, a maintenance operator, and a teleoperator.
The human resources reinforcement plan will continue in the coming dates with further incorporations, following the municipal strategy to cover staffing needs across all areas and departments.
With these actions, the Council is moving towards establishing a more stable and better-prepared workforce to meet the demands of local administration, optimizing the functioning of municipal services, and providing more agile service to citizens.
