The Emergency and Safety Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received the alert about the accident and dispatched the necessary emergency services. Personnel from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) arrived at the scene and assessed the victim. She presented with moderate trauma.
Following initial assistance, the woman was transferred by a medicalized ambulance to Quirón Costa Adeje Hospital for further medical attention. The Local Police also attended the incident, preparing the relevant report to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
