The preparation for the blue and white squad will begin on July 18th with a match against the reserve team coached by Leandro Mazinho at the Ciudad Deportiva Javier Pérez. Subsequently, on July 26th, Tenerife will face Club Deportivo Marino at the Estadio Olímpico Municipal Antonio Domínguez Alonso, and three days later, on July 29th, they will play against Unión Deportiva Añaza at the same Ciudad Deportiva.
August will see an increase in the level of competition. On August 1st, CD Tenerife will play against Cádiz in the 54th edition of the Trofeo Teide, to be held at the Estadio municipal Los Cuartos, in La Orotava. This match will pit the Tenerife team against a former club of Álvaro Cervera.
On August 4th, the opponent will be Unión Deportiva Tamara Aceite, a team recently promoted to Segunda Federación, in a match to be played at the Ciudad Deportiva Javier Pérez. The pre-season finale is scheduled for August 8th against Club Deportivo Leganés in the Trofeo Villa de Leganés.
In addition to these encounters, Tenerife will play a match against Getafe, corresponding to the Trofeo Ciudad de Santa Cruz, at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López. Matches held at the sports city will be free for season ticket holders.
