The right-footed attacker, with an offensive profile capable of playing on the wing or up front, arrives from NK Bravo in Slovenia. Pečar has signed a three-year contract with the 'blanquiazul' club.
Considered a promising footballer, known for his speed, skill, and goal-scoring ability, Pečar attracted interest from other teams in Liga Hypermotion and even from top-tier clubs in other countries. The player is already on the island, has visited the club's facilities, and has passed his medical examination.
His initial training took place in the youth academies of Izola and Koper, later moving to Olimpija Ljubljana, where he trained with the first team at just 15 years old and was regarded as one of Slovenian football's emerging talents. Subsequently, German club Eintracht Frankfurt acquired him for their youth system in 2018, before a spell in Austria with Austria Wien.
In the 2023/24 season, he returned to Slovenia on loan to NK Bravo, completing a remarkable campaign with 7 goals in 27 league appearances, earning him individual accolades. The Slovenian club purchased his rights permanently in July 2024.

Pečar has been a regular in Slovenia's youth national teams, progressing to the U-21 squad. At his last club, NK Bravo, where he played 100 matches and scored 20 goals, he even served as one of the captains. In the recently concluded 25/26 season, he scored nine goals and provided seven assists.
