Over 350 cyclists to ride through Teror in solidarity march

The 12th El Pino Cyclotourist March will raise funds for Pequeño Valiente and Cáritas, covering a 41.9 km route.

The town of Teror is preparing to host the 12th El Pino Solidarity Cyclotourist March next Saturday, September 19th, which will bring together over 350 cyclists for a 41.9 km route.

More than 350 cyclists will cover the 41.9 km from Plaza de Santa Ana, passing through Santa Brígida, to Teror. The proceeds will be donated to the Pequeño Valiente Association and Cáritas.
The sporting and altruistic event, organized by the club Ciclonorte-Aterore along with the Teror City Council, and in collaboration with various federations and the Government of the Canary Islands, will support these charitable entities with the registration fees collected.
The march will depart at 10:00 AM from Plaza de Santa Ana in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with a refreshment stop in Santa Brígida at 11:30 AM. Arrival at the Plaza del Pino de Teror is expected around 1:30 PM, followed by a floral offering to the Virgen del Pino and the presentation of charity checks.
The event will conclude with a fellowship meal at 2:00 PM. Bib collection will take place on Friday, September 18th, at the Plaza Ntra. Sra. del Pino, during morning and afternoon hours, and bibs will not be issued on the day of the event.
The Cyclotourist event will feature various categories, including U23, Master, Junior, Elite, and Cyclotourist, for both men and women, as well as Cadets.
