Content creators Joana and Jonay from the TikTok profile @guachinchesmodernos have recommended Guachinche Tony y Virginia in La Victoria de Acentejo, Tenerife, praising its views and culinary offerings.

The popular TikTok profile [@guachinchesmodernos](https://www.tiktok.com/@guachinchesmodernos), managed by Joana and Jonay, has shared their latest gastronomic recommendation in northern Tenerife: Guachinche Tony y Virginia, located in the municipality of La Victoria de Acentejo. The establishment combines traditional Canarian cuisine with a privileged natural setting.
Joana describes the place as "idyllic," highlighting the "beautiful ravine views" which are now "all green," making it a perfect setting to enjoy a traditional meal.
The culinary offering begins with classic starters presented with care, such as fresh cheese with quince paste and traditional "spoonfuls" of chickpeas with cod.
The star dish of the visit was a meat rarely found on the island: goatling. "It's goatling and not something you find much around," commented Joana. Jonay added after tasting it that "it smells good, looks great with the oil on top…" and Joana described it as "spectacular, very tasty, I didn't expect it like this."
The menu also includes marine options like wreckfish with sweet potato, which the creators jokingly compared to a yam. For meat lovers, they offer "chuletita papá" (little chop, dad) roasted over wood fire, emphasizing that "the best is always near the bone."
The finishing touch is provided by the homemade desserts. Joana confessed that "they are all homemade, it's hard to choose," finally opting to try one with Maltesers and a coffee tartlet.
