A minor sustained moderate trauma in Adeje following a collision between a scooter and a car on Avenida de España.

On August 30, 2026, at 3:21 PM, the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert about a collision between a car and a scooter on Avenida de España in the municipality of Adeje. After classifying the call, the information was transferred to the relevant sectors.
The Canary Emergency Service (SUC) dispatched a basic life support ambulance to the incident site. Healthcare personnel attended to a minor who presented with moderate trauma, barring complications. The minor was subsequently transferred by ambulance to Hospitén Sur University Hospital.
The Local Police also proceeded to the accident scene. Officers were responsible for initiating the corresponding proceedings following the collision.
