Residents of the building in Tabaiba have stated they witnessed a heated argument between the accused and the victim days before the latter was found deceased.

Residents of the property in Tabaiba where a man was found lifeless in February 2023, have consistently stated this Tuesday that they observed the apartment owner, now the accused, arguing heatedly with the victim.
The defense for the accused aims to prove their non-involvement in the crime, arguing they were deceived with the pretext of watching a football match and collecting a debt, without resorting to violence.

"A large individual with tattoos and vitiligo spoke in a "not very friendly" manner for five minutes with the victim, and both seemed nervous."

One witness recounted seeing the accused carrying a towel with something rolled up inside, which officers suspect might be the murder weapon. Security cameras also captured the accused entering the premises wearing a hood.
Another resident, who lived next to the apartment where the death occurred, claimed to have heard a loud noise and seen the victim, who attributed the commotion to two other accused individuals, stating he would "send them home".
The main convicted individual, serving 24 years in prison for this crime, could not participate via video conference from Juan Grande prison due to connection issues. His testimony is scheduled for this Thursday.
