A top-level competition featuring the best wrestlers in the Canary Islands, who are destined to become the next stars of our sport.
The official presentation of the event took place in the Noble Hall of the Cabildo de Tenerife. It was attended by prominent figures such as Rosa Dávila, president of the Cabildo; Lope Afonso, vice president; Yolanda Moliné, sports councilor; Lorena Hernández, general director of Indigenous Sports for the Government of the Canary Islands; Francisco Rivero, president of the Canarian Wrestling Federation; Tanausú Estévez, president of the Island Federation; Ignacio Poladura, representing Viajes Insular; and Francisco Alberto Marrero Cruz, son of the figure after whom the tournament is named, Pancho Camurria.
