This Friday, Tenerife and the other major islands of the Canary Islands will experience cloudiness on their northern slopes, with clear spells in the afternoon and stable weather with mild temperatures.

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has reported that cloudy skies will be prominent in the north of Tenerife and other mountainous islands, although extensive clear spells are expected in the afternoon. The general situation in the Canary Islands remains stable, with low clouds in the northern areas and prevailing sunshine in most of the archipelago.
In Tenerife, the day will begin with abundant cloudiness below 900 and 1,100 meters altitude in the north. As the day progresses, clear spells will open up, while the rest of the island is expected to have intermittent clouds and mostly clear skies on the peaks.
Temperatures will show little change, with a slight increase in the northern midlands. In Santa Cruz de Tenerife, highs will range between 21 and 28 degrees Celsius. The wind will be light from the north, strengthening on the eastern slope and the island's northwest tip, and from the west in the central peaks.
The forecast for Gran Canaria is similar, with cloudy skies in the north below 800-900 meters and afternoon clear spells. Temperatures will remain stable, with northerly winds and strong gusts on the eastern and northwestern slopes. In La Gomera, the north will start overcast, but clear spells will appear. La Palma will have alternating cloudy intervals, especially to the north and east, while El Hierro will see low clouds in the north and more sun elsewhere.
Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will enjoy a clearer day, with some high clouds and in the north. Temperatures will remain stable, reaching highs of up to 26 degrees in Puerto del Rosario.
Regarding sea conditions, winds from the northeast are expected at force 3 to 5, with slight to moderate sea conditions along the coasts. In the western areas, variable winds and breezes will prevail, with calm or slightly rippled seas.
In summary, a stable Friday is expected in the Canary Islands, characterized by clouds in the north of the mountainous islands and pleasant temperatures to end the week.
