The session was chaired by Maitane Cabrera Primo, president of the Official College of Social Work of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, accompanied by technical staff from the professional college. The main objective of the meeting was to present the unified vulnerability report model, a tool developed after previous working groups and based on consensus among social work professionals.
During the day, data was collected on the current housing situation in each participating municipality. This information gathering will enable a subsequent analysis to support the region's housing challenges with data.
The mayor of Candelaria, Mari Brito, and the Councilor for Social Services, Olivia Pérez, attended the event to greet the attendees and show the City Council's institutional support for the work carried out by the technicians. Both municipal representatives thanked the team for their work and commitment, emphasizing the importance of coordination to address the social and housing needs of the region.
