The program begins on July 3rd at 8:00 PM with the Ensemble Villa de La Orotava at the Town Hall's Plenary Hall. This will be followed on July 6th, at the same time, by the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Pablo González and featuring guitarist Rafael Aguirre as soloist, at the Liceo de Taoro.
On July 11th, the Reyes Bartlet Vocal Group will present their show «A través de los ojos de Agatha» (Through the Eyes of Agatha) at the San Agustín Senior Center. On July 15th, Afecto Ilustrado will perform «Love Labour’s Lost» at the Church of San Agustín.
Music by Manuel Bonino will be featured on July 18th with a trio of flute, cello, and piano performing «Cantos de amor y muerte» (Songs of Love and Death) at the San Agustín Senior Center. On July 20th, the Brass Group of the Canary Islands Youth Orchestra (JOCAN), led by Mark Hampson, will perform at the Parish of Santo Domingo de Guzmán.
The festival will conclude on July 23rd at 8:30 PM with the Orchestra of the Ensemble Villa de La Orotava, in memory of Candelaria Sánchez. Conducted by Julio Castañeda and with Enrique Álvarez as soloist, the concert will take place at the Parish of Our Lady of La Concepción.
All concerts during the festival are free to attend.
