The Arucas City Council has awarded the company Eulen, S.A. the contract for replacing the artificial turf at the Antonio Afonso Moreno Tonono football pitch for 446,847 euros.

This intervention, totaling 446,847 euros, will be entirely funded by municipal resources. In addition to the new turf installation, the project includes the renovation of the main grandstand facade, a complete overhaul of the irrigation system, and the rehabilitation of the main access.
The new artificial turf will feature organic infill, making it the first pitch in the municipality to comply with European regulations on this matter. This comprehensive modernization aims to enhance one of Arucas' most emblematic sports facilities.
The bidding process for this rehabilitation began in February, receiving a total of four offers before the contract was awarded to Eulen, S.A.
