The municipal government board has given the green light for the new residential development, which will include 16 semi-detached duplex homes with solariums and terraces, 27 garage spaces, and 16 storage rooms. The project is located on a residential urban plot and has a built area of 1,710.21 square meters.
The developer Valle de La Paz will invest 2.35 million euros in the material execution of the works. The project will be built next to a previous development by the same company that included 20 homes with garages and storage rooms.
The new homes will be arranged in two parallel rows, each with eight units, and will have three floors. The ground floors will house the living room, utility room, toilet, and kitchen, while the upper floors will feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally, each home will have a terrace and a rooftop solarium.
The residential complex will feature two communal garages with 27 spaces and 16 storage rooms. The project also includes the use of materials such as porcelain stoneware, wooden pergolas, and Climalit glass.
The construction license is located near the Antonio Afonso Moreno 'Tonono' Municipal Sports Complex and the protected natural area Lomo Riquiánez. The municipal permit has a maximum execution period of four years.
