This Saturday, April 25th, at 6:00 PM, the Santa Brígida Cultural Center will host the performance of El niño de la media luna. This scenic proposal, created by the company Comediantes de la Cacharra Verde, aims to introduce the figure and literary legacy of Miguel de Unamuno to new generations in an educational and entertaining way.
The play is based on a selection of texts from the author's emblematic titles, such as Niebla, Abel Sánchez, or La tía Tula, adapted into an accessible theatrical language for children. The staging seeks to offer a playful and participatory journey through Unamuno's most representative stories and characters.
The Canarian company Comediantes de la Cacharra Verde, composed of musicians, actors, and singers, specializes in creating children's and family shows. Their trajectory includes productions such as La casita de los cuentos, Bailando con cuentos, or Los colores de Violeta, always with an approach that promotes imagination, culture, and appreciation for performing arts among the youngest.
This initiative is part of the cultural program for April, promoted by the Department of Culture, and seeks to encourage access to theater and reading from an early age. Admission to enjoy this performance is free.
