Gran Canaria was the setting for the first charity dinner in the archipelago benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities, an event that successfully raised nearly 14,000 euros for its programs supporting families with hospitalized children.

The solidarity evening, jointly organized by the Rotary Club and the Inter-Island Football Federation of Las Palmas (FIFLP), took place last Friday at the emblematic Jardines de la Marquesa de Arucas. The gathering brought together prominent figures from the business, social, and sports sectors of the island.
The funds raised will be entirely allocated to the maintenance and development of programs that Ronald McDonald House Charities promotes to provide support to families whose children require hospitalization, offering them free accommodation and companionship.

"Collective solidarity and the fundamental role of the Canarian community are essential to create spaces of support and hope."
