The event, promoted by the Cataifa Neighborhood Association on the occasion of Nursing Day, highlighted a career defined by closeness, home care, and social involvement in the area. The professional, who also resides in the municipality, has carried out work that goes beyond medical technique, becoming a reference figure for local families.
Currently, the nurse attends to about 25 patients in their homes, performing dressings, blood draws, and monitoring chronic conditions. Furthermore, her work includes health promotion and participation in community activities, such as the emotional well-being group that has met weekly at the center since the end of the pandemic.
