Princess Leonor took advantage of her stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria this Wednesday to participate in a functional training session at a sports center near San Telmo Park.

The heir to the throne is on the island for her graduation trip alongside 71 members of the 78th graduating class of the General Air and Space Academy in San Javier. During the afternoon, she joined a crossfit class at the Box Connection San Telmo gym, located on Alcalde Ramírez Bethencourt street.
This visit to the capital is part of an itinerary that has included stops at various locations across the island, such as Teror, Arucas, and Tejeda. The group of students, who arrived in Gran Canaria last Sunday, is scheduled to conclude their stay this Friday after completing various academic and military activities.
The stay in the archipelago marks the end of a key stage in the class's military instruction. After finishing her studies at the academy in Murcia, Princess Leonor will begin a Degree in Political Science at the Carlos III University of Madrid in September.
