The glitch, detected on July 8, caused a slowdown in the platform's performance. However, authorities emphasized that the system remained operational throughout, allowing for the processing of procedures, signing of resolutions, and sending of notifications without interruption.
To address the situation, a working group was formed between the Directorate General for Relations with the Administration of Justice and the Directorate General for Digital Transformation of Public Services. This team, in coordination with the companies responsible for maintenance, carried out adjustments and optimizations of the technological infrastructure.
Following the technical interventions, the system has recovered its usual response levels. Subsequent checks confirm a substantial improvement in the stability of Atlante in the judicial bodies of the province. Meanwhile, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the service operated normally throughout the period.
Although the issue is considered resolved, officials have stated that reinforced monitoring of the platform will be maintained over the coming days to ensure its proper functioning.
