Since the early morning hours, the Altavista Market, located in the Ciudad Alta district of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, has seen significant queues form. Attendees arrived to visit the stall of Canarian singer Quevedo, an initiative that will be available from June 23 to June 27.
This temporary commercial establishment, named Baifo e Hijos, offers the opportunity to purchase merchandise linked to the launch of the artist's new album, titled El Baifo. Among the available items are tumblers, bags featuring the eight stars, straw hats, and t-shirts inspired by the song Ni borracho.
The collection is presented as a tribute to life in the archipelago, aiming to capture the essence of beaches and traditional popular festivals that define the islands' festive identity. The project seeks to promote local, zero-kilometer products and connect with roots, choosing the emblematic Mercado de Altavista for its presentation.
Exclusive sales are taking place at the Baifo e Hijos pop-up store, located within the market, with continuous hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This ephemeral sales format aims to merge current urban culture with proximity commerce, reinforcing the artist's commitment to the social and economic fabric of the Canary Islands.
