The saVia Canarias association will host a business meeting on April 24 at the Elder Museum of Science and Technology in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, aiming to promote female talent and entrepreneurship across the islands.

Titled «The Challenge of Female Entrepreneurship in Canarias», the full-day event, running from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is designed to bring together women leading businesses in the archipelago. The gathering seeks to create high-value networking, training, and professional connection opportunities for participants.
saVia Canarias, a non-profit association founded in June 2024 by eight women entrepreneurs from various islands and based in Fuerteventura, is dedicated to making visible, recognizing, and boosting female talent within the Canarian business ecosystem. In its year and a half of operation, the organization has successfully brought together over 100 women entrepreneurs on two occasions, fostering training and alliance building.

There was abundant talent in the islands, but no means to help promote, publicize, and boost it. That's why we decided to come together and take action.

The event will feature prominent speakers, both from Canarias and beyond, recognized for their careers and expertise in entrepreneurship and leadership. These include Pino Montesdeoca, model and actress; Diana Sánchez Regás, strategic intuition expert; and Viviane Marrero, Pilates instructor. Additionally, a round table discussion will be held with Mariám Hernández, actress; Gema Betancor, beauty and wellness entrepreneur; and Aroa Alemán, communicator.
The day's agenda includes lunch and networking dynamics, concluding with a musical performance by the scenic artist Ana Label. The event targets women entrepreneurs and business owners seeking new approaches to leadership and collaboration. Tickets are available until April 19 via the official saVia Canarias website, with free access for members.
