The company Titoyaya Dansa, under the direction of Gustavo Ramírez, presents 'LIEBE' at Plaza de Canarias, a work that delves into the moment an unexpected romantic connection is born between strangers.

The stage piece LIEBE immerses itself in the precise moment a connection arises between two strangers, observing love as an accident, an impulse, and a bewilderment. Through movement, the work explores the unpredictability of that irrational gesture we call falling in love. With a tender and ironic tone, the artistic duo navigates between desire and surprise, inviting the audience to witness a live love-at-first-sight.
Gustavo Ramírez, director of Titoyaya Dansa, revisits the arbitrariness of love by taking it to the streets and unconventional spaces for close observation, with the audience's complicity. The proposal integrates the emotional mediation Palabras en tránsito, a traveling affective archive built from audience messages and voices.
LIEBE marks the return of Titoyaya Dansa to public spaces, reaffirming its commitment to lively, accessible dance connected to the present. The performance will take place at the Plaza de Canarias, located in the central area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, between the shopping center El Muelle and Mesa y López avenue.
The event will be held on Sunday, September 20th, with several performances at 12:30 PM and 7:00 PM. The Plaza de Canarias, in addition to its event space, houses «El intercambiador», a bus station, in its underground levels.
