The event, taking place from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, aims to liven up the city, boost commerce and dining, and promote the municipality as a cultural and tourist hub. The initiative is driven by the Sociedad de Desarrollo in collaboration with the Zona Centro business association.
Carmen Pérez, CEO of the Sociedad de Desarrollo, detailed that the port will be transformed into a venue for a 'white dinner' for 500 guests and a concert area for 4,500 people. Inspired by the international 'Dîner en Blanc' concept, the event promises a night of elegance, freshness, and live music by the sea.
Access to the concert area will be free until full capacity is reached, while the dinner will have a cost of 3 euros per person, with proceeds going to social causes. Tickets for the dinner, available from Wednesday at 10:00 AM, can be purchased on the event's official website.
The dining area will accommodate tables for up to 10 guests, and attendees can bring their own food or purchase gastronomic offerings from establishments affiliated with the Club de Producto Degusta Santa Cruz. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and white attire will be mandatory.
The musical lineup, starting at 8:00 PM, will feature performances by DJ Brito, Estrellas Buena Vista y más, and the orchestra Maquinaria Band. The concert area will have beverage service and free access for those who have purchased dinner tickets.
The Sociedad de Desarrollo aims with this event to promote the active participation of the local economic fabric, particularly in the restaurant, commerce, and leisure sectors, creating an 'Experiential Route Bienvenida al Verano 2026' to connect city consumption with the festival experience.
As a new feature, the Santa Cruz tourist bus, operated by CitySightseeing, will offer free access to residents of Tenerife from June 15th to 21st. David Mille, Director General of Commerce and Consumption of the Government of the Canary Islands, and Abbas Moujir, President of FAUCA, highlighted the event's positive impact on city dynamics and its benefits for the commercial and restaurant sectors.
