A traffic accident between a car and a motorcycle in Tegueste this Friday has left two injured, one with moderate prognosis, requiring medical assistance and traffic management.

A traffic incident registered early Friday morning in the municipality of Tegueste has resulted in two injured individuals, one of them with moderate severity, following a collision between a car and a motorcycle.
The incident took place on the TF-13 road at 07:53 AM, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of Canarias. The operations room received an alert about the crash and requested urgent medical assistance for the occupants of the two-wheeled vehicle.
Personnel from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) traveled to the kilometer point with a basic life support ambulance. The main injured party is a male who, at the initial stage of assistance, presented a moderate hip trauma and was transferred to the University Hospital of the Canaries (HUC). The second affected individual, suffering from minor multiple contusions, declined transfer to a healthcare facility after receiving initial care.
Officers from the Guardia Civil also attended the scene of the accident to manage traffic on the island road and gather the necessary information to clarify the causes of the crash.
